Turingum K.K. 5. Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information
We may outsource a part of our business to a third party. In the event that all or part of the handling of customers’ personal information is outsourced to a third party, we will confirm that the outsourced company has appropriate protection measures in place, and we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourced company.
6. Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties
We will not disclose or provide customers’ personal information to any third party, except as provided in “3. Purpose of use of personal information”, “5. Outsourcing the handling of personal information”, or;

The Company shall review the status of operation regarding the handling of user information from time to time and strive for continuous improvement, and may change this policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website. The revised policy will be applied from the time of posting. In the case of changes that require the consent of users under laws and regulations, the Company shall obtain the consent of users in a manner prescribed by the Company.
